Return Policy
Return requests must be made within 3-7 days after delivery. Approval is required before sending any item back. Returned products must be unused and in their original condition with all packaging included.

If the return is not due to damaged or defective merchandise, the customer must pay for return shipping. Exchange requests are processed after inspection and payment of the reshipping fee.
Return shipping fees are reimbursed only if the return is due to our error and up to 50% of the product cost. For other cases, shipping fees will be deducted from the final refund.

Damaged or Missing Items
Contact us within 10 days of receiving your package if you received damaged, defective, or missing items.
Keep the original package and packing materials.
For missing or incorrect items, you must provide an unboxing video as proof.

Refund Policy
Orders cannot be refunded or reshipped if delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

To request a return, contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order details. After approval, we will provide the return address. Customers are responsible for safe return shipping; tracking is recommended.

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product:
• Full refund if the issue is our fault.
• Partial refund (minus shipping fees) for non-defective returns.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days.
Items purchased on sale or during promotions are not eligible for refunds.

Order Cancellation
Order changes or cancellations must be requested immediately. Once the order is in processing or has shipped, changes cannot be made.

Since international logistics may involve additional freight and customs fees, please confirm your order details carefully before checkout. Any cancellation made after shipment will require the customer to pay round-trip shipping and applicable import fees.
